Subsidy for cessation of activities - holders of MIDES social monotax

A monthly subsidy is granted to holders of MIDES social monotax amounting to $ 6,779 (1.5 BPC), which will be paid for the months of April and May.

The aforementioned subsidy must not be reimbursed and will be paid to entrepreneurs who register payments during the year 2019, regardless of whether they are active or declared inactive due to their health situation.

Loans for termination of activities - Small entrepreneurs and monotax holders and with contribution from Industry and Commerce

The beneficiaries of this loan are entrepreneurs with contributions up to date until December 2019, who are active or with a declaration of inactivity, under the following conditions:

* In the case of Partnerships and LLCs with a maximum of 2 partners and without dependents, both partners may request this benefit.

The new provision establishes that the National Development Agency (ANDE) will provide a loan of $ 12,000 that is granted in two equal installments in the months of April and May, to entrepreneurs with industrial and commercial activity registered with BPS until 13 / 3/2020.
